I went to the Acura dealership wanting to test drive a couple cars in search of the perfect one for me. Although Acura wasn’t the right fit, Franklin Suriani, the salesman that helped me was. He was informative, knowledgeable and had a great low pressure customer service ethic. If it had been the right car, he would have been a pleasure to work with.

I would highly recommend this dealership just on the excellent care from the service manager, Harry, that I received. He really helped answer my questions and resolve my issues in a way that I felt very heard and taken care of. That kind of service is not easy to come by. So because of my experience with Harry, I feel confident recommending this dealership to anyone.

Had a fantastic new lease experience with Selah after working with the sales team over email for an offer on my old CR-V. She was super easy going and great to work with making the trade in a breeze. Really pleased with my new CR-V hybrid vehicle from Fisher.

I had an issue where my vehicle was not ready for emissions testing. The state only told me to “Drive the vehicle” which didn’t work for 2 months and multiple test failures. Until finally Izayah Ewings and his team found the issue and I passed emission testing 10 minutes later. Which the state also told me was not possible. But thankfully to the hard work of finding the issue, I have been able to get my tags. Which is normally an inconvenient process but because of my issues this was a nightmare. Finally I got everything resolved thanks to Izayah.

It was a very good experience. I went twice, first time to inquire and second to test drive and close the deal. Eric was very professional. Weird to say it, but compared to expectations formed by previous car purchases at other dealerships, I loved the buying experience Jake and Franklin guided us through from credits checks, APRs, down payments, etc. they both made us feel comfortable at the desk as we felt on the test drive. Jake is exceptional at his job and knows more about Honda and Acura than you would expect even from a sales person at a dealer. The Fisher team clearly have a passion for their customers. As Franklin let on, he commutes to Fisher for work as far as we drove to get to Fisher to buy our new whip. Because they are worth it. I would have preferred to peruse ads that have the full accessory package added. There are a lot of things I must have on a car before considering buying it. Also you might consider having your location, especially state, more prominent since I did not know what state or city you were in. The internet sends this stuff everywhere. Since I live in Pa. I find that the first place I end up looking for a Honda vehicle is Denver.

Ty was easy to work with, understanding our need for limited LED displays due to sensitivity we have to bright lights. So a new car was out. We ended up with a 10 year old car with lower miles. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the particular car we looked at. (New features of cars are hard for us being older. They are hard to adjust too.) The no haggle 1 price takes away the stress about having to act uninterested in order to get a better price. My mechanic looked at the car before we committed to purchase, and just as Ty assured us, This used car was in pristine condition. Car shopping is often looked at as a daunting process. However that was not the case working with Fisher Honda to purchase a new family vehicle. Our salesmen Franklin was incredible and helped get us the exact car we were looking for. The entire experience was handled with care, from the phone calls, to the test drive and even closing with the paperwork - the whole process was made simple. This dealership puts others to shame! My husband and I just purchased a pilot from here. We made the journey from Denver, and it was well worth it. Ty and Neil took very very good care of us and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase and experience. The price of the car was competitive and they worked to get us the best deal. I bought my CRV from this dealership in 2022 and they’ve always been helpful and knowledgeable with maintenance. Recently, I was about to go on a road trip for the holidays and a piece of my undercarriage fell off. The service center was able to get me in immediately with Greg in particular really helping me. Car shopping was awful until we finally landed at Fisher Honda. Ty Freese was super helpful, friendly, and easy going. The whole vibe at Fisher was very relaxed and homey! I never felt any of the icky pressure that I was feeling from so many other dealerships, that ultimately turned me away from them... as a woman who knows next to nothing about cars, this was a huge deal to me. I honestly loved that negotiation wasn't part of the process. Definitely will try to go through Fisher for our next Honda purchase! And I couldn't be happier with our new Odyssey <3 ! We had an excellent experience purchasing our truck here. Car purchases are usually really stressful for me, but I did not feel pressured in any way and really felt like I could trust them. Everything was very straight forward and clearly explained and disclosed.

Claire Frank was very helpful in explaining upfront costs plus recommended and needed services. She also changed records to list my preferred email. I hope to work with her again on future service visits!

The holidays can be such a hectic time, and having "one more" last-minute errand to fix a headlight was not on my list of things to do! Claire checked me in, gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take, and was kind throughout the process!

I have always had great experience with the service department at Fisher Honda. Everyone I have interacted with is professional and helpful and super competent. Yesterday I wanted help with getting a light replaced and I drove in without an appointment. Fisher Honda always takes such good care of my 2013 Honda CRV. They're always transparent about the work and take the time needed to help me understand my options. They've never made me feel like they are trying to get as much money out of me as possible, with plenty of work coming in below quoted estimates. I know my car is well taken care of here and I feel valued as a customer. I also want to especially thank Service Advisor Greg Kubler who helped me extensively when another shop damaged my vehicle and Fisher Honda handled the repairs. Greg did such an incredible job answering my questions and talking me through the work to be done that he helped me recover my damages from the other shop. He truly went above and beyond and I'm so appreciative! I can't imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else after the quality service that Greg provided.

Greg was fantastic in getting my car scheduled for service! He was informative and went through all the details and costs ahead of time so I was informed. 10/10 enjoyed working this kind and good natured man! Thank you for making the process so easy!
